The Coloma Township Police Department says it happened at the railroad crossing on Clements Court just north of East Logan Street in the city of Coloma shortly after 7 p.m.

Police arrived to find the motor vehicle had been hit by the train. The adult driver was found deceased, while three juvenile passengers were injured.  The juveniles were taken to a hospital and are in stable condition.

The names of the victims have not been released. The crash remains under investigation.
