We may soon know who will be charged to lead the country in the next four years as Election Day is Tuesday.
Former congressman and current Michigan Republican Party Chair Pete Hoekstra has one message to voters.
“I encourage all Republicans, Democrats, Independents, get out and vote,” Hoekstra said. “Even if you’re not going to vote the way that I would prefer that you would and that I would think would be in your best interest, it’s still our responsibility and opportunity as Americans to go out and vote for your candidates up and down the ticket.”
The Republican ticket rallied in Michigan one last time Monday. Former president Donald Trump was to be in Grand Rapids. Hoekstra said people have been lined up outside Van Andel since Sunday.
Vice presidential nominee JD Vance was in Flint.
