The Berrien County Road Department is planning an informational session for next month to unveil its construction plans for Red Arrow Highway in 2025.
The department has been slowly rebuilding the road from Chikaming Township up to Stevensville for the past several years. In 2025, the plan is to work on the road between the Bridgman city limits and about 1,000 feet south of the Cook nuclear plant.
The road department will present its plans on Thursday, October 17 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Lake Township Hall.
Road department staff will give an overview of the project and then take questions from the public. Among the topics to be covered will be the schedule of the project and its effects on traffic.
Everyone’s invited to the meeting.
